FFWPBZ The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Northern Belmont County in east central Ohio... Northeastern Guernsey County in east central Ohio... Southern Harrison County in east central Ohio... Southwestern Jefferson OH County in east central Ohio... Southern Tuscarawas County in east central Ohio... * Until noon EDT. * At 902 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
