Coastal waters from Bonita Beach to Englewood FL out 20 NM... * Until 300 PM EST. * At 157 PM EST, a strong thunderstorm was located 13 nm east of Cayo Costa Island. The strong thunderstorm was nearly stationary. HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours. Make sure all on board are wearing life jackets. * Locations impacted include... Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Boca Grande, Manasota Key, Palm Island, Cayo Costa Island, Captiva, Sanibel, North Captiva Island, Don Pedro Island, Bonita Beach, and Englewood.
