In northwest Wyoming, Absaroka Mountains and Cody Foothills. * WHEN...From Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive rainfall may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A slow moving weather system is forecast to trek across Wyoming Friday through Sunday and bring abundant moisture to the region, especially northern Wyoming, and thunderstorms.
