The National Weather Service in Tucson has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
Northwestern Cochise County in southeastern Arizona...

* Until 315 PM MST.

* At 1220 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.8 and 1.5 inches of
rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Willcox, Tombstone, Bowie, Dragoon, Pearce-Sunsites, Cochise,
Kansas Settlement, Fairbank and Charleston.

This includes the following highways...
Route 80 between mile markers 307 and 325. Route 191 between mile
markers 46 and 92. Interstate 10 between mile markers 322 and 372.
Route 82 between mile markers 60 and 67. Route 186 between mile
markers 327 and 348.

This includes the following streams and drainages...
Haberstock Wash, Dragoon Wash, Babocomari River, Escalante Wash,
San Simon River, Walnut Wash, San Pedro River, Tres Alamos Wash,
Happy Camp Wash, Willow Wash, Gold Gulch, Dial Wash, Henderson
Wash, Walnut Gulch, Clifford Wash, Reeves Creek and Slavin Wash.
