Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Typhoon Choi-wan (26W) is steadily moving northeast and away from the Marianas. To the south of Choi-wan, surging monsoon inflow will maintain wet conditions through Sunday, resulting in 3 to 5 inches of rain for Guam and Rota, and 4 to 6 inches for Tinian and Saipan during the Watch period. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
