Earlier heavy rainfall will continue to race downstream within the Rio Hondo to the Chaves County line. The Rio Hondo at Alamo Canyon has already risen 6.5 feet and continues to rise. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 943 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain.
