Coastal waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL out 20 NM... * Until 230 PM EDT. * At 123 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Jacksonville Beach, or 21 nm north of Saint Augustine, moving north at 15 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include... Atlantic Beach, Palm Valley, Jacksonville Beach, Mayport, Talbot Island, Nassau Sound Approach Buoy 6a, Saint Johns Lighted Buoy, Amelia City, and Whittakers Snapper Hole Reef.
