FFWSJT The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Northwestern Brown County in west central Texas... Northeastern Coleman County in west central Texas... * Until 615 AM CDT. * At 308 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area where up to 4 inches of rain have fallen in some locations. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
