Missouri River at Waverly affecting Lafayette, Saline and Carroll Counties. Missouri River at Napoleon affecting Lafayette, Ray and Jackson Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Napoleon. * WHEN...Until Tuesday evening. * IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Low-lying areas unprotected by levees begin to flood.
