* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...A portion of Utah, including the following areas, Capitol
Reef National Park and Vicinity, Glen Canyon Recreation Area/Lake
Powell, South Central Utah, Western Canyonlands, Lower Washington
County and Zion National Park.

* WHEN...From 6 AM MDT this morning through Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, dry washes, slot canyons, and other low-lying and
flood-prone locations such as slickrock areas and recent burn
scars.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Deep tropical moisture will combine with an upper level low
crossing the Desert Southwest to bring an increased threat of
flash flooding through Tuesday evening. Widespread rainfall
totals of 1 to 2 inches, with locally higher amounts up to 3
inches will occur.
