Waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL from 20 to 60 NM... * Until 1115 PM EDT. * At 944 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 35 nm east of Guana River State Park, or 38 nm northeast of Saint Augustine, moving east at 15 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include...
