widespread inundation of the floodplain in the vicinity of the
gage.

- At 4:15 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 27.8 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 4:15 PM CDT Thursday was 27.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 28.2 feet
this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday
morning.
