Central Kane County in southern Utah... * WHEN...Until 445 PM MST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of normally dry washes, slot canyons, rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier and continuing rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 443 AM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Big Water, Henrieville, Bryce Canyon National Park, Kodachrome Basin State Park, Coyote Creek, Wahweap Creek, the Paria River from the headwaters to the Utah/Arizona state line, Buckskin Gulch, Wire Pass, and the Paria Canyon area. - Backcountry roads may be impassable. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
