SMWCLE The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a * Special Marine Warning for... Nearshore and Open waters from Reno Beach OH to Vermilion OH... * Until 600 AM EDT. * At 509 AM EDT, downpours producing strong wind gusts were located along a line extending from near Put-In-Bay to 8 nm northwest of Sandusky Bay, moving east at 45 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include...
