* WHERE...Northwestern Cochise County in southeastern Arizona...
Southwestern Graham County in southeastern Arizona...
Northeastern Pima County in southeastern Arizona...
Southeastern Pinal County in southeastern Arizona...

* WHEN...Until 915 PM MST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams
continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be
passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 318 PM MST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 4 inches of
rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Catalina, Oro Valley, Marana, Oracle, Casas Adobes, Saddlebrooke,
San Manuel, Saddlebrooke Ranch, Tortolita, Mount
Lemmon/Summerhaven, Catalina State Park, Catalina Foothills,
Saguaro National Park West, Picture Rocks, Campo Bonito,
Biosphere 2, Oracle Junction, Dove Mountain and Redington.
- This includes the following highways...
Route 79 between mile markers 92 and 94. Route 77 between mile
markers 73 and 101. Interstate 10 between mile markers 243 and
249.

This includes the following Flash Flood Prone Locations...
River Rd at San Pedro River, Silverbell Rd near Ina Rd, Overton
Rd at Canada del Oro, Sunset Rd west of Camino de Oeste and E
Wilds Rd at the Canada del Oro.
