For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30 possible. * WHERE...Guadalupe Mountains of west Texas and Southeast New Mexico, especially Guadalupe Pass. * WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until midnight MDT /1 AM CDT/ Friday Night. For the Freeze Watch, from late Friday night through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles like campers, vans, and tractor trailers.
