Low-water crossing will be inundated with water and may not be passable. The river is running fast and high. Do not attempt to cross. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 352 PM MDT, the San Juan River is forecast to continue to rise and crest near midnight Sunday night at Bluff.
