Water affects portions of other bike trails.

- At 3:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 24.2 feet, and rising.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 24.5 feet
this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early
tomorrow afternoon.
