Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A late season plume of deep tropical moisture is transported northward ahead of an upper-level disturbance, bringing several rounds of thunderstorms with high rainfall rates to the region through Wednesday evening.
