* IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, The earthen levee at Elkport is threatened,
just upstream of Garber.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:15 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 9.4 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
this afternoon to a crest of 26.0 feet tomorrow morning. It will
then fall below flood stage early Monday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 25.6
feet on 09/23/2016.
