Some roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 235 AM EDT, emergency management reported that between 1 and 3.5 inches of rain fell in the warned area on Saturday. Lingering high water remains in some locations. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
