Waters from Little River Inlet SC to South Santee River SC from 20 to 60 NM... * Until 1015 AM EDT. * At 911 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located 15 NM south of City Of Houston, moving northwest at 10 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 34 knots. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include... City Of Houston and Frying Pan Shoals Buoy.
