For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur, St. Mary's River near Fort Wayne...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Saint Marys River near Decatur. * WHEN...Until Friday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 23.5 feet, Many east side city streets and county roads are flooded.
