In southwest Nebraska, Chase, Frontier, Hayes, Lincoln and Perkins. * WHEN...From Tuesday evening through Thursday evening. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rainfall is expected over the next few days as moisture from two Pacific hurricanes tracks across the region.
