River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast
precipitation for the next 24 hours.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Clarksville.

* WHEN...From Thursday afternoon to late Monday night.

* IMPACTS...At 27.2 feet, Silo Park just northwest of Clarksville off
Highway 79 begins flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 23.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early
tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 26.4 feet early Saturday
morning. It will then fall below flood stage late Sunday evening.
- Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
