Minor flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of Central, East Central, and Northeast Washington, including the following areas and counties, in Central Washington, Waterville Plateau. In East Central Washington, Moses Lake Area and Upper Columbia Basin. In Northeast Washington, Northeast Mountains. * WHEN...Until 8 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in debris and ash flows over burn scars in steep terrain. Rock slides will be possible. Minor flooding in urban areas where there is poor drainage. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Moderate to heavy rain has fallen. Observed rainfall amounts range from 0.30-0.80 inches. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are expected. - This includes but is not limited to the following burn scars: Modrite, Hudspeth, Mitre Rock, and in Grant County, Garred Road and Railroad. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
