For the Wabash River...including Linn Grove, Bluffton IN, Wabash, Logansport...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur, St. Mary's River near Fort Wayne...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Saint Marys River near Decatur. * WHEN...Until Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Portions of Ohio Routes 33, 49 and 81 are closed near Willshire. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:55 PM EDT Monday the stage was 23.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 1:55 PM EDT Monday was 23.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late Friday morning and continue falling to 14.5 feet early Saturday afternoon. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
