CDT/ Sunday.

* WINDS...Today, south 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.
Sunday, south 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Today, as low as 32 percent. Recover to
55-60 percent tonight. Sunday, as low as 32 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread
