Western Garfield County in west central Colorado... * Until 915 PM MDT. * At 619 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area along Highway 139 near and south of Douglas Pass. Between 0.6 and 0.8 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 3 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
