For the Millstone River...including Blackwells Mills...Minor flooding
is forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Millstone River at Blackwells Mills.

* WHEN...From late tonight to Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, The D&R Canal is flooded by the Millstone
River.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 2:15 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 5.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just
after midnight tonight to a crest of 9.7 feet early tomorrow
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday
morning.
- Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 9.7
feet on 05/11/1998.
