Northwestern Cherokee County in Upstate South Carolina... * Until 330 PM EDT. * At 239 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 15 miles south of Morganton to 5 miles northeast of Rutherfordton to 16 miles north of Columbus, moving south at 20 mph.
