Southeastern Bossier Parish in northwestern Louisiana... Southeastern Caddo Parish in northwestern Louisiana... North Central De Soto Parish in northwestern Louisiana... Northwestern Red River Parish in northwestern Louisiana... Southeastern Webster Parish in northwestern Louisiana... * Until 1245 PM CDT. * At 842 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar indicated.
