* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Some residents in the Winchester Road area
may need to be evacuated. Property damage begins in some areas at
this level.

- Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this
afternoon to a crest of 16.9 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It
