FFWSLC The National Weather Service in Salt Lake City has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... South Central Washington County in southwestern Utah... * Until 145 AM MDT. * At 1046 PM MDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring with an automated gage on Fort Pearce Wash near St. George reporting a peak flow near 1700 CFS at 945 PM MDT. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.
