Cape Decision to Cape Edgecumbe from 15 to 80 NM... * Until 315 PM AKDT. * At 217 PM AKDT, a cluster of strong thunderstorms was located 33 NM south of Biorka Island, or 38 NM west of Little Port Walter, moving northeast at 35 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts to 45 knots. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Small craft could be capsized in the suddenly higher winds and higher waves associated with this cluster of thunderstorms. * Locations impacted include... Biorka Island and Whale Bay.
