Iowa River at Marengo affecting Benton and Iowa Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S. * WHEN...Until Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 12.5 feet, Water affects old U.S. Highway 61 near the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 12.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.7 feet early Thursday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Monday, October 12. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
