At 405 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain had ended
across the warned area, just north and east of Springerville. An area
of 1 to 2 inches of rain fell earlier in this area. Flash flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
normally dry washes, urban areas, highways, streets and
underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
North side of Springerville and Becker Lake.

This includes the following highways...
Highway 60 between mile markers 383 and 386. Highway 180 191 between
mile markers 387 and 394.

This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers...
Little Colorado River, Carnero Creek, Nutrioso Creek, Coyote Creek
and Vigil Run.
