At a stage of 12 feet, Irene Lane and low spots on the golf course in Mineral Wells flood. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Parkersburg and Mineralwells. - This includes the following highways... Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 167 and 174.
