At 427 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain in an area spanning from Prescott to near Paulden. Between 1 and
3 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
normally dry washes, urban areas, highways, streets and
underpasses.

Prescott, Williamson Valley, Cayuse Picnic Area, Alto Pit OHV,
Wildwood Estates, Thumbe Butte, Sullivan Buttes, Downtown Prescott,
Rancho Vista Estates, Sunset Lookout, Quartz Mountain, Copper
Basin, Paulden, Granite Mountain Wilderness, Iron Springs, AC
Williams Granite Creek Park, Whipple and Courthouse Plaza.

State Route 69 near mile marker 296. State Route 89 between mile
markers 310 and 313...and near mile marker 336.
