* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Lincoln Creek near Seward.

* WHEN...Until Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Continuous flooding continues across the
lowlands with some county roads inundated by flood waters. Access
to the gage from the east floods.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 17.3 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 7:45 PM CDT Thursday was 17.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 17.4 feet just after midnight
tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow
afternoon to 5.1 feet Saturday evening. It will rise to 6.6 feet
Monday evening. It will then fall again and remain below flood
stage.
