West Central Costilla County in south central Colorado... South Central Alamosa County in southeastern Colorado... * WHEN...Until 345 PM MST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of the Conejos River and San Antonio River, along with other low-lying and flood-prone locations, continues in eastern Conejos County. Inundation of low-lying areas near and downstream of the confluence with the Rio Grande is also expected. Some roads remain closed due to flooding.
