For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30 possible. * WHERE...Far Northeast Highlands. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from noon Thursday to midnight MDT Thursday Night. For the Freeze Watch, from late Thursday night through Friday morning. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds on area roadways. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
