At Dickey Ferry, water begins to approach homes near the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 PM EDT Friday the stage was 10.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow evening to a crest of 17.8 feet early Monday morning.
