Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Periods of moderate to heavy rainfall associated with Tropical Storm Edouard are expected to begin this morning and continue into tonight. Locally heavy totals up to 6-9"+ are expected.
