* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Gila County in east central Arizona... Maricopa County in south central Arizona... Pinal County in southeastern Arizona... * WHEN...Until 100 AM MST. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 958 PM MST, Heavy rainfall from earlier today continues to result in excess runoff in area creeks. Gages along Pinto Creek and Pinal Creek show continued elevated flows that will continue downstream to Roosevelt Lake. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Roosevelt, Tonto National Monument, Roosevelt Dam, Apache Lake, Roosevelt Estates and Inspiration. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
