* IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from
earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and
may not be passable. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing
water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 251 PM MDT, Bands of moderate to heavy rainfall continue to
affect south-central Sierra County. Expect creeks and arroyos to
continue to rise, including Animas Creek, Seco Creek, Percha
Creek, and Trujillo Canyon. Low water crossings in the region
will likely be dangerously inundated.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Arrey, Caballo, Derry, Palomas, Lower Animas Creek and areas
surrounding Caballo Lake.
