For the Wabash River...including Linn Grove, Bluffton IN, Wabash,
Logansport...Moderate flooding is forecast.
For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur, St. Mary's River near
Fort Wayne...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Wabash River near Bluffton IN.

* WHEN...Until Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, The outlying portion of West Washington
Street becomes impassible and SR 116 west of Bluffton begins to
flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 12:45 PM EDT Friday the stage was 15.2 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 12:45 PM EDT Friday was 15.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.2 feet
this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late Tuesday
morning.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
