FFWEPZ The National Weather Service in El Paso Tx/Santa Teresa has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... South Central Otero County in south central New Mexico... North Central Hudspeth County in western Texas... * Until 145 AM MDT. * At 1049 PM MDT, Slow moving thunderstorms have been training across parts of the Otero Mesa from Hudspeth County. 1 to 1.50 inches of rain has fallen northwest of Dell City. This will lead to flooding in arroyos and draws that flow east. Back roads in the area northwest of Dell City will also experience flooding. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar indicated.
