Coastal Waters From Ochlockonee River to Apalachicola FL out to 20 Nm... * Until 400 PM EDT. * At 311 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 13 nm north of O Tower, moving north at 20 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots...suddenly higher waves...frequent lightning...and heavy downpours. Make sure all on board are wearing life jackets. * The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
