Southern La Plata County in southwestern Colorado... * WHEN...Until 800 AM MDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 545 AM MDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. - This includes the following streams and drainages...
